1. DECLARATION OF COMPLIANCE

NSV Energy Private Limited hereby solemnly declares and confirms that:

1. The Company is a legally incorporated entity engaged in the Direct Selling of Solar Products, Solar Street Lights, and Consumer Electronic Appliances in India.
2. The Company strictly complies with all provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021.
3. The Company does NOT operate, promote, or participate in any Pyramid Scheme, Money Circulation Scheme, or unauthorised multi-level investment schemes banned under Indian law.
4. Registration as an Independent Direct Seller with NSV Energy Private Limited is 100% Free. The Company does not charge any joining fee, renewal fee, registration fee, or mandate initial inventory purchases to become a Direct Seller.

2. KEY STATUTORY DISCLOSURES & POLICIES

A. Direct Seller Agreement & Identification

• Every Direct Seller is onboarded through a legally binding online Direct Seller Agreement upon complete verification of Know Your Customer (KYC) documents (PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Address Proof, and Bank Details).
• All Direct Sellers are issued an official Digital ID Card and Unique Direct Seller Identification Number.

B. Product Transparency, Warranty & Standards

• All products offered by NSV Energy Private Limited—including solar lighting systems, solar components, and electronic devices—comply with applicable Indian quality standards (BIS) and Legal Metrology guidelines.
• Every product sold is accompanied by a GST Tax Invoice, product manual, and official Warranty Card specifying after-sales service and warranty terms.

C. Cooling-Off Period & Return / Refund Policy

• 30-Day Cooling-Off Period: All Direct Sellers and consumers are entitled to a mandatory 30-day Cooling-Off Period from the date of purchase/agreement.
• Under the Cooling-Off Policy, any customer or Direct Seller can cancel the purchase or contract and return unused, resalable goods in their original packaging for a refund as per company policy terms.
• Transit Damage & Defective Items: Defective or transit-damaged items reported within 48 hours of delivery will be replaced at no additional cost.

D. Prohibition of False Claims

• Independent Direct Sellers are strictly prohibited from making exaggerated, misleading, or unauthorized claims regarding product technical specifications (e.g., solar panel efficiency, battery back-up hours) or income opportunities.
• Remuneration and commissions are generated solely based on actual product sales volume and never on the recruitment of new Direct Sellers.

3. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL MECHANISM

In compliance with Rule 5(1) and Rule 7 of the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, the Company has established a dedicated Grievance Redressal Mechanism:

• Complaint Acknowledgment: Every complaint logged through our portal or customer desk will receive a unique tracking ticket number and official acknowledgment within 48 hours.
• Resolution Timeline: All grievances will be addressed and resolved within 30 working days from the date of official receipt.

4. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This declaration and all business transactions of NSV Energy Private Limited are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gujarat, India.

WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS — NSV ENERGY PRIVATE LIMITED

At NSV Energy Private Limited, we are committed to delivering the highest quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our warranty terms and conditions carefully:

1. Warranty Coverage & Scope

• Standard Warranty: Faults arising due to defective materials or manufacturing workmanship are covered for 12 months from the date of purchase (or as specifically indicated on the product invoice/warranty card for dedicated solar components).

• Free Repair/Replacement: Eligible defects will be repaired or replaced free of charge by NSV Energy or its authorized service partners.

2. Warranty Terms & Process

• Notification: The company must be notified immediately upon noticing any defect.

• Proof of Purchase: A valid Tax Invoice or stamped Warranty Card is mandatory to register and process any claim.

• Turnaround Time: All warranty tickets will be acknowledged within 48 working hours, with service resolution targeted within 15–30 working days.

• Courier Reimbursement: Pre-approved courier expenses incurred for sending defective portable units to our service facility will be reimbursed via UPI (GPay/Paytm) or NEFT.

• Replacement Discretion: Replacement is at the sole discretion of NSV Energy. If a model is discontinued, a functionally equivalent/comparable model will be provided.

• Replaced Parts: Replaced parts become the property of NSV Energy. The company reserves the right to use high-quality tested/refurbished components if exact new replacements are unavailable.

• Non-Transferable: This warranty applies exclusively to the original retail purchaser within India and cannot be transferred.

3. Specific Product & Usage Policy

• Domestic & Intended Use: Consumer electronics and home systems are strictly covered for domestic household use.

• Solar & Outdoor Systems: Solar lighting and outdoor products must be installed strictly as per NSV Energy load ratings and mounting guidelines. Commercial/industrial heavy over-loading beyond product specifications will void the warranty.

• Unauthorized Tampering: Any alteration, physical tampering, seal breakage, or repair attempt by unauthorized technicians will immediately void the warranty.

4. General Exclusions (Not Covered)

• Transit damage not reported within 48 hours of physical receipt.

• Physical breakage, liquid ingress (unless certified IP-rated for outdoor immersion), burns, lightning strikes, or extreme electrical power surges.

• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic degradation, fading, or improper user maintenance.

• Consequential, incidental, or third-party accessory compatibility damages.
